Both parts: the review engine that sends SMS requests after finished jobs, and the work on the Google profile. We go through services, description, photos and opening hours, then keep the profile up to date. A personal kickoff is included.
The core package costs 1,495 SEK per month, excl. VAT. It has no lock-in. If you cancel, a one-calendar-month notice period begins at the next month rollover. The website is a separate add-on with a 12-month commitment.
That depends on which system you use and what it makes possible. We look into it during the kickoff and agree on a way of working before we start.
You help us with information about the business and the access that is needed. Together we decide when and how customers should get a review request. You tell us about changes and supply current material for the profile.
Once the agreement is in place. At the kickoff we go through what needs to be done and which access or details are missing.
It depends among other things on how many customers get a request and how many choose to leave a review. We follow up on how it goes, but we do not promise a certain number of reviews or a certain position on Google.
The Google profile is yours. If you end the collaboration, our work on it stops. Existing reviews are still handled by Google and do not disappear because you stop using our service.
